because i'm afraid posting it on my wall will incur the wrath of thousands of people who are on my friends list. eventhough inciting anger would be the last thing in my mind when i want to share this. so let's get more privacy, and talk about it here.

there's so many disclaimers included in the article. so, be less objective when you read it.

selamat petang. mari pulang ke rumah. jam sekarang ialah 5.21pm. lambat 21 minit sebab nak elak hujan.

I saw this article on my time line too. Was (still am) not sure of the response the author is trying to inflict, maybe he was really just doing harmless stereotyping. I also take note his claim to be casual.

Although I am also in support of this phenomenon of amongst younger girls, I personally think it's not an appropriate subject to nitpick by the author. As his writing is open for interpretations and I don't know, could be misunderstood?

first time i read it, i found it amusing. because the friend who shared this used the word 'entertaining'. so i was influenced. but then i realized, stereotyping is not funny.

picking on something, anything, is never appropriate.

but i'm also in the opinion that there needs to be a clearer... how do i say it, 'separator'? because the lines now seem to be pretty blurry.

at the end of the day, we are never in the position to judge one's intention. that is Allah's job.

my only conclusion is, he has a deadline to meet. so i'll just give him the benefit of the doubt.
